We Can Help
Brookside Counseling accepts health insurance payments for our services. We recognize that dealing with insurance companies can be confusing and frustrating, so we try to make the billing process easy for you.
We will bill your insurance company directly and receive the payment. You will be responsible for copayments and deductibles, and for any charges not covered by your insurance.
If your insurance plan requires preauthorization for services we can usually obtain the authorization for you. We will keep track of your visits to Brookside and will obtain authorization for additional visits when necessary.
Our providers have contracts with nearly all local and national health insurance companies, including the following major payors:
- Blue Cross / Blue Shield
- Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
- Medicare & Medicaid
- Tufts Health Plans
- United Healthcare
We contract with many other insurers, and probably accept your insurance even if it is not listed above. Feel free to phone us with any questions about insurance coverage.
